I have only just collected my little man, Tim from here and I have never seen him so settled and so well looked after. Michelle and Kal looked after him like he was their own pet and the genuine love and care for all the animals is unbelievable. It was so clean, well kept and well heated. Tim didn’t want to leave, he was well socialised and even wanting to give cuddles to Michelle as we were leaving! I got daily photos of Tim every morning, i can not recommend this place enough and Tim will definitely be back here every time, i am genuinely blown away by the whole experience. Thank you so much

What can I say, this is an amazing place to put ur cats in if u need them watched. On meeting Kal and Michelle, you can tell how devoted they are to taking care of ur furbabies. Updates daily which where amazing. You cud have set the alarm for the photos coming through every morning and plenty of them. When one of our cats wasn't eating alot, Michelle went and bought her a Pate food to encourage her to eat. Which was so kind. Fergus and Pebbles have asked to be put on your residents list, they want to come again 🐾. Thank yous so much for taking care of our babies one who is 20. Yous deserve mo

Had my cat in for 4 nights. Michelle was excellent at talking us over process of booking and what we would bring etc . When there, his personal diet needs etc where taken care of. We got photo/video updates twice a day to let us know how he was settling. Pretty sure by the end, he didn't wanna come home as he was seemingly treated like a king. Would highly recommend.
